We offer computer training programmes that lead to trainees becoming
competent computer users (CCUs) and computer professionals (CPs).
At different times, prospective trainees have approached us on
suitable programmes and courses for them. When this happens,
we usually make use of an inquiries form to analyse their
computer training needs and advice them on the most appropriate
programme to register for.
We broadly categorise the application and usage of computers into two,
namely; Competent Computer User level and IT Professional level.

A competent computer user (CCU) has the basic skills to operate
and execute the common tasks, such as word processing, spreadsheet analysis,
simple graphics and designs, Internet & e-mail access, etc.
In addition such a user is equipped with the skills of self-paced
training in simple applications/programmes of choice.
A computer professional is that person that has moved to the level of
making a comfortable living by applying his/her computer skills.
We broadly classify computer professionals as either network engineers
or software engineers/developers. The network engineers posses the
skills to repair and network computer systems. The networking here are
of different flavours, ranging from peer-to-peer LANs to Client/Server
LANs and WANs. On the other hand, the software engineers/developers
posses the skills of using software development tools to develop
application software from scratch (local development). In addition,
software engineers/developers posses the skills to customise popular
and robust off-the-the-shelf application packages, and integrate them
to locally developed ones.
we have the programmes and the courses that can lead
a trainee to become a computer professional in his/her chosen line
Our programmes and course are delivered via six (6) options, as described below:
Regular trainees undertake their programmes at our Training centre,
at terms and conditions set by the company, but agreeable to the trainees.
They usually have two (2) hour class on daily basis, Mondays to Fridays;
and the two (2) hours are in the daily time segments of: 9am – 11am, 12 noon – 2pm, and 3pm – 5pm.
Evening trainees undertake their programmes at our Training centre at
the hours of 6apm – 8pm on daily basis, Mondays to Fridays.
Weekend trainees undertake their programmes at our Training centre on Saturdays.
Two segments of classes are usually held. The first segment takes place between
9am – 1pm, while the second segment takes place between 2pm – 6pm.
The business/intensive trainees undertake their training programmes in
our Training centre, at the times set by themselves and accepted by us.
Such trainees will usually want their programmes to be executed in a
personalised manner. All we do is to arrange and agree to the schedules with them.
We also deliver some of our programmes through workshops and seminars.
Usually such workshops and seminars are organised to accommodate large
number of participants and it is usually for programmes that are executed
and mastered at the shortest possible time.
We also deliver our training programmes to trainees at their homes or offices.
We classify this group as outreach trainees. All we do is to discuss and agree
on terms and conditions with such trainees.
We apply both formative and summative assessments methods in our training
programmes. Formative assessment, which is usually continuous and task based,
is applied while the courses are going on. While summative assessment
is carried out at the end of every course. Proficiency certificates
and diplomas are awarded on completion of every programme.
In addition to our certifications, we also prepare trainees who desire to
go for industry certification examinations. Such examinations include
the ones organised by Microsoft Inc, CISCO, Oracle, Sage, etc.
